When you think of health, what comes to mind? For many, it’s just physical health — eating well, exercising, and maybe going to the doctor once a year but true wellness runs much deeper. Whole health is about balance in all areas of life — mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, physical, and social. It’s this balance that allows us to create a life we truly love living.

Sara, The Unicorn Farmgirl, strives to live this philosophy out every day — not just in words, but in hoofbeats, paw prints, and the laughter of those she works with.

The Blessing of Whole Health

Whole health means looking at yourself as a complete person. It’s not just about what’s on your plate, it’s about what’s on your mind, what’s in your heart, and even what’s in your wallet. When one area is out of alignment, it can ripple through the rest of your life.

  • Mental health gives us clarity to make wise decisions.

  • Emotional health allows us to feel, process, and grow through challenges.

  • Spiritual health grounds us and helps us connect to something bigger than ourselves.

  • Financial health brings peace and stability, freeing us to focus on what matters.

  • Physical health fuels our ability to show up fully every day.

  • Social health gives us the connection and community we all crave.

Each piece matters. When they work together, they create harmony — just like a pasture where every animal has its place.

Peaceful Pastures & Diversity

Sara’s motto, “Celebrating diversity as we work toward whole health in peaceful pastures,” is more than just a pretty phrase. It’s a way of life.

Spend time with Sara, and you’ll meet her rescue animals:

  • Diesel the horse, strong and steady, reminding us to move forward one step at a time.

  • Bill the donkey, stubborn but loyal, teaching that persistence pays off.

  • Dolly the blind black labrador, who navigates the world with trust and courage, showing that limitations can become strengths.

  • Arty and Curty the cats, playful and curious, reminding us to embrace joy and exploration.

Each of these animals is different — different species, personalities, and life stories — yet they coexist in peace. Their differences make the pasture richer, not poorer. Just like them, our human differences — in culture, personality, background, and belief — are worth celebrating.

Overcoming Obstacles

Sara is passionate about helping others overcome their obstacles and get “unstuck.” She knows that life can throw unexpected challenges our way — loss, fear, financial struggles, health issues — but she also believes that we have the power to create something beautiful from those challenges.

Through coaching sessions, quiet reflection, and a focus on all areas of health help people take their next steps forward. Each person who works with Sara is encouraged to embrace their uniqueness and to build a life that reflects their deepest values and dreams.

Creating a Life You Truly Love Living

Whole health isn’t a quick fix. It’s a journey — sometimes messy, sometimes beautiful, always worth taking and just like Sara’s animals, you can find your own rhythm, your own way of thriving.

Here, diversity is celebrated, not silenced. Struggles are seen as steppingstones. The goal isn’t perfection, but peaceful progress.

At Whole and Healthy, you are welcome! You are enough! You are capable of creating a life you truly love living — one step, one choice, one pasture at a time!
